Cancellation Policy

Luxe Umrah offers custom travel packages. Once payment is received, bookings are made immediately and are generally non-refundable, as suppliers (flights, hotels, visas) do not offer refunds.

For this reason, cancellations after payment will not be eligible for a refund.

If a request is made before any bookings are confirmed, a partial refund may be considered, minus any admin or processing fees.
